This addition takes full advantage of its southern exposure and blends seamlessly into the fabulous backyard landscaping. We increased the size of the kitchen enough to add two seating areas: a single seat at the end of the island as well as a small dining table with benches. The new powder bath features wainscot and gorgeous wallpaper. We were able to convert the switchback stairs into a single, straight run which is crowned with a wonderful bench seat. In the master bath, the rainshower and fixed glass panel eliminated the need to separate the shower and bath areas, saving valuable space.
