Working in collaboration with James Dayton Design, Ltd, we helped transform a developer-driven condominium in Minneapolis into a bright, airy showcase for the owner’s contemporary art collection. The residence features “aging in place” elements, extensive custom millwork, and translucent glass panels. We built a custom, hinged panel to house the flat panel TV and worked directly with a steel fabricator to create the supports for the silver travertine benches.
